Pain Cream and Tummy Tuck Cream

Ok, at first you think, how do these two things go together? Well, they just happen to be the perfect his and hers gifts ever! Now, she should be pregnant for this to work without her getting super offended. Or maybe you know her really well. Me personally, would love this as a gift. I know very few women who wouldn’t really want tummy tightening cream. And almost all guys have horrible, life threatening pain from whatever it is they do. I know this because we talk about how our husbands want to die and are such big babies, even as grown men. So, they need this cream. Plus, they are both made in similar fashions, just different oils. I used coconut oil and whipped it up for both! That is it! Coconut oil, the oils listed below and a vitamin E oil for the Tummy Tuck. Simple.

I researched several different places for both creams and did what sounded best to me. Now, why did they sound good? I really don’t know. I basically used all the ingredients and oils I had. I saw great results for both creams from tons of people. I am going to try the tummy one out and let you know. The pain cream I have had personal experience with it being amazing. It worked better than any other thing I have used since beginning my work out journey. I amped this one up with Copabia because the person I am giving it to has a considerable more amount of pain than I have ever experienced.

All you do is measure out about  1 cup of coconut oil: get it here. (I just picked an organic coconut oil. Nothing fancy.)

Then you put your oils in and mix it up. The end.

It is super easy, even I could and did do it!

I will do the Tummy Tuck Cream first:

Tummy Tuck Oils

Tummy Tuck Oils

Lavender: combats excess sebum on skin *sebum: the fatty secretion of the sebaceous glands.

Grapefruit: Cellulite (and it stunts hair growth…I will be putting this in all my lotions, I will let ya know.)

Geranium: Helps cleanse oily skin, revitalizes skin cells” and “uses: …skin conditions (dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, acne, vitiligo)…menstrual problems/PMS(can’t hurt right?)

Frankincense: known to improve skin tone, heal cuts and grazes and infected skin.

Ylang Ylang:  a natural skin balancer that can correct both dry or oily skin

You can also add some Vitamin E oil. You can get there here, like I used, it is Trader Joe’s.

Let me also say that no cream will make you skinny. I am using this cream to help with my skin elasticity and overall tightness. I will also be practicing eating in moderation (most of the time) and exercise (because it makes me feel good.) I want it to go back to somewhat how it was pre-baby because it is uncomfortable to have excess, loose skin. I am NOT doing this to look good in a swim suit, but it doesn’t hurt. I will post pics after a month! You can use this to help keep your skin in shape during pregnancy, which I wish I had done. I gained 75 lbs when I had Vivi in there!

Ok, now, for the Pain Cream. I made this for a veteran who was wounded in combat. I just gave it to him, so again, I will update and it you know how he likes it. I will be making some for myself soon, too! I used Deep Relief after a rough day on the water and felt better instantly!

PanAway: created by Gary Young following a severe injury to the ligaments in his leg. Containing wintergreen essential oil, which is often used for massage, PanAway is soothing to the skin while providing comforting warmth to muscles after exercise.

Lemongrass:Used externally, this plant can improve blood flow and may be used for the treatment of athlete’s foot, cuts, tendonitis, sprains and joint pain.

Peppermint:To treat pain, peppermint oil is applied directly to the skin for headaches, muscle pain, joint pain, nerve pain and toothaches.Long before the advent of Advil and Aleve, human beings were taking peppermint for their pain. Used for more than ten thousand years as a medicine, this hybrid mint is a cross between spearmint and watermint and contains a high menthol level.

Copaiba: will minimize discomfort related to occasional muscle stiffness. Copaiba Essential Oil is the most powerful anti-inflammatory ingredient on the planet. It is unique in its composition, micro-nutrients and properties. Copaiba oil’s most prominent application is in reducing pain and inflammation anywhere on the body.

Valor: It has been found to help the body self-correct its balance and alignment, giving relief of pain.
